Superb! This motel is fantastic. Not only was the room spotless, but so was the entire building. We were shocked to find that it’s been owned for 8 years and it still looks fresh and new! Operable windows were welcomed. Allowed fresh air to mix with conditioned air.

We stayed here as a base for exploring the parks of the upper Mississippi and it is conveniently situated for this. The hotel was clean (although vacuuming the lobby right beside the dining area at breakfast did jar a bit!).
