"Hotel needs update. The hotel property and rooms in general for the price were okay. If you’re expecting a super clean accommodation, the Baymont in current condition is not your place. Reception person was okay, lacked inviting customer soft skills. He simply filled the job and complained about long working hours. He was okay. I sadly misread that pool and spa were seasonally closed. Super disappointed when all other hotels in Sedona, Mesa and Phoenix had open pools, I simply looked at the pics. The pool and hot tub were super important to me. Missed breakfast, left early. Parking was good and easy. Will not stay at a Baymont by Wyndham again. Pillow and pillowcases has weird stains."

"We were only here for one night but certainly would come back if ever in the area again. Checking in was easy, We had a first floor room with a king bed. The room was very spacious and comfortable. All the rooms faced the pool which was in the middle. Did not hear much traffic noise. The grounds were beautifully manicured. Buffet breakfast was great & also the happy hour. This Inn is a gem! "

"This stay was super disappointing. Property made it right and refunded me but my room was infested with termites. Dirt clumps were falling on the bed it was so bad. Would never stay here again. "
