"We had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the complimentary snacks and drinks. We are definitely going back for another stay."
"We had a great one night stay at Princess Anne. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly! The rooms were bigger than expected with all the comforts of a chain hotel, but personal touches. We enjoyed the wine and charcuterie plate on the beautiful back porch. I highly recommend staying at Princess Anne!! "

"My wife and I loved this hotel. Right at the front entrance to Biltmore which is why we came to Asheville. Staff were nice and professional. The food there was excellent. We really enjoyed the room. We will stay here again."

Baymont by Wyndham Asheville/Biltmore Village
10/10 Excellent
"Clean, cozy and safe. Room/ bathroom was clean. Bed itself was cozy but the pillows were lumpy. At least ours were. Fresh towels delivered daily. Pool was chilly. I wish they could have had it heated just a little bit. But the kid’s enjoyed it. The hot tub was nice. Breakfast had a wide variety of items. And I liked that the doors locked after a certain time at night. You had to have a key card to get in. It was safe. Good location to down town and other things. Staff was friendly. Would stay again. "
"Loved the stay there. Even have Biltmore wine by glass or bottle for purchase in the lobby. Hotel entrance and parking tight but not a big issue. Will definitely stay again"
"No restaurant for lunch or dinner. Had to leave premise. This was very inconvenient, especially since I just checked in after an 8 hour drive nd was tired and hungry"
"What a lovely stay for a quick Biltmore trip! We were traveling multiple family members and asked for nearby or even connecting rooms when we booked the rooms. The staff quickly replied that they didn't have connecting rooms for the type we reserved, but they made a note in their system to place us as close as possible. I was impressed with the upfront and timely communication. Once we arrived, check-in was easy and friendly. Our rooms were right next to each other, which made meeting up to leave for meals and the Biltmore super convenient. This property is close to the Biltmore and not far from some great local restaurants. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The shampoo and conditioner bottle dispensers were full and served our big family well! We always run out of shampoo on trips! Lighting in the room was well placed as were plugs and charger spots. The space was roomy and we had no issues using the pullout couches for sleeping. Breakfast was filling and the staff was warm and welcoming. Our kids enjoyed the small indoor pool and I appreciated the pool towel exchanges as we forgot to pack pool towels for the trip. Our family enjoyed our time in Asheville and we would totally return to this hotel on a future trip! "
"The hotel was in a very convenient location. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was modern. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well and was quiet. There was a complimentary breakfast basket delivered to the room each day. There was a special house blend coffee in the room and a coffee shop on-site for more elaborate coffee drinks. There was complimentary wine and cheese/charcuterie each evening. This was an excellent hotel and provided quality and amenities well beyond what I expected for the price."
