Highly disappointed we didn’t get the room type we paid for. We needed an accessible room with a tub for a child with disabilities. We had to stay in a smaller room with just a shower. We were told the tub was clogged.

Although Asheville wasn’t quite what we thought it would be….this hotel is nice, clean and dog friendly. It’s hard for us to find a room that sleeps our family of 5, so the 2 queens and a pull out sofa were perfect! Would definitely stay there again!

Had to wait 1:30 hours past their chrck in time of 3pm. No concession made for inconvenience. Understood reason, but was still inconvenient. Once in room, there were cleaning issue's that we took pictures of along with damaged blow dryer and not having lotion which is usually in room. Breakfast was mediocre for a hotel of this statue, so did not present a good value. If they. Had they provided some compensation for not having room ready, would have made a big difference. All other times, employees very nice and helpful.
