Check in was a HORRIBLE experience, 35 min just to check in because they only had 1 person attending the desk. "The hotel is quite nice, friendly staff, and very convenient to walk to most anywhere you want to get to. Our first room had a patio door that seal and we were transferred to a different room which helped to make things quiet enough for our toddler to fall asleep. The pool and private beach were really nice. Only real complaint would be that the resort fee extras were not as applicable for a family with a young child but honestly not that big of a deal considering the value in contrast to other...
