"I didn't get the fuys name at the front desk, but we called him Flynn Ryder (from Rapunzel his favorite movie he told us). He was 1000% an absolute gem! From when we checked in and throughout the whole stay. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! location was perfect. Close to everything (we rented a car). The pool was perfect for everyone. The rooms were great. They just need a dresser and a table to put things on though. Living out of a suitcase wasnt bad but not ideal. The breakfast was fabulous. And all the staff and maintenance workers were so kind. "Very old hotel. Not what it sells for. No open restaurants, stay 5 nights and order Uber Eats every day. Even ordering Uber Eats I had to file 3 disputes because the restaurants or merchants always forgot items. I will never come to this hotel again. The rooms are very old and outdated. The air conditioner is in auto, so you can’t sleep with the AC on all night if you wish. Don’t let them give you a room near the pool you will not be able to sleep. People making too much noise after10:00 pm, The chairs and umbrellas that you see in the pictures are Not included! You need to pay for those ! The breakfast Buffett not worth it. I will recommend to go somewhere else in Florida but this ghost town. "

"Room condition was old and beat up. Statins on the wall, curtains and bathroom tiles. Bad quality and inadequate website description. Pool and main level was good. This hotel does not offer daily housekeeping and only on the third day of your stay. Garbage was not even cleared out. Floors were all crumbs and not vacuumed when we checked in. "

"This is our second time staying at the Sheraton Vistana in Lake Buena Vista and it did not disappoint. There are so many onsite activities and and may family enjoyed the pool, arcade, and fitness center. It was also close proximity to Disney, restaurants, and plenty of activities in Orlando."
