"Clean and professional! I only had an issue with a security guard who was rude to me about having my service dog with me while walking through the pool area- he blocked my way and didn't allow the dog to use rhe restroom causing him to poop in the pool area deck, I cleaned it but it was because he would not allow me to move and continued to ask me if my dog was a service dog though I told him a bunch of times, he also yelled at a guest that was with me but the other security guard resolved the issue and other than that all staff was kind and extremely attentive! The resort is beautiful and it had a great vibe and scene! I would go again but hope to not run into the security who yelled at my guest and dog! "

"No complaints. Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed and pillows and the airport shuttle was organized & on time. Breakfast was good but would like to see some bacon added. Will definitely stay again. "
