It was still pretty good, but a few items could have been better, like the air conditioning wasn’t turning down or up, it was always the same intensity. We also had a couple of issues with the safe, bit these were taken care by maintenance. The location of the hotel is a big plus, close to mane great local restaurants. "Issues we had with this "5-star" hotel: 1. The check-in process is laboriously slow; 4 people ahead of me and it took more than an hour to get through with 2 people handling checkin. Had to fill out the same personal information that was provided when I booked. Total waste of time. 2. The water in the shower did not drain - the slope was away from the drain 3. The cap around the water control for the shower was loose. 4. Water was not hot and had to call maintenance twice. 5. Coffee/tea was not stocked well and no black tea. 6. I booked an ocean front room and we were given a room overlooking the parking roof! Yes, if you step out on the balcony and look left, you can see the ocean! Total bait and switch."

"This hotel is amazing. You can eat all meals there and there is a bar too. Breakfast is free, lunch and dinner you pay for and well worth it, the food is so good. The staff is amazing and very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying here. "
