The beds were incredibly comfortable

Travelling on the early morning flight from Logan airport to the UK makes this a very useful place to stay the night before. The hotel is linked by the Sky Walkway to Terminals A and E (I was using Terminal E), so there's never any waiting around for a shuttle - you simply walk to the terminal under cover - useful exercise before sitting through a transatlantic flight ! Nice clean, friendly staff

Oliver who greeted us and checked us in was very accommodating, efficient and friendly. He is an asset to your company. All staff around the food and drinks area on floor 4 were amazing.

A stunning hotel with super helpful staff. Would highly recommend the Raffles, from start to finish it was excellent and we’ll definitely be back.

My husband is in a wheelchair and can only walk a few steps with a walking frame or elbow crutches. The room we were allocated due to my not advising the hotel of my husband's disabilities, was not suitable as it had a narrow passageway...
