Good property

Luxury Boutique hotel in Old Quarter, good location. Breakfast is quite delicious. Room and bathroom was spacious for my family. Location near the popular Cathedral & plenty of eateries nearby. They provide Hanoi tour, which I appreciate so much. I registered for City Tour, Ninh Binh & Ha Long Bay Tour. Their staffs were very caring, helpful, informative and they speak english well. Excellent place. Calm oasis Fabulous staff. Really kind and thoughtful. Exceptional. Very short tuk tuk ride to town easy and not a problem. Distance from centre is not a problem at all

We had a delightful stay here. The staff welcomed us with a delicious cinnamon ginger tea (which we liked so much that they gave us the recipe for it!) and was so friendly every time we came through the lobby. The breakfast buffet is great, the rooftop bar has a great view, and I had a wonderful massage at the spa. We also received good recommendations for food in the area (not tourist traps!). I would happily stay at this hotel again!

Very good location, most attractions are within walking distance. The staff were lovely and very helpful. There are also good restaurants nearby.

The Bandha is a beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff and excellent facilities. However, that being said, I think we were quite unlucky with two issues. Firstly, our flight from the UK landed at 3pm and after arriving at the hotel at 5pm we were told that our room would not be ready until 8pm. Whilst we were offered another beautiful room to Shower and relax in we were told to ensure our bags were packed by 8 so that they could be moved. Whilst it's not a huge issue, after 27 hours of...

As is customary with the Carlton, my experience was first class throughout; check in to checking out. As a seasoned traveller I have never returned so many times to a particular hotel but it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Bangkok despite the many options available. Great credit the GM and his team.

This was our first time at the Magani and the outstanding customer service blew us away. We have stayed at higher end hotel with poorer service. The lobby is bright and spacious as are the rooms. So if you come to Bali it’s got to be the Magani simply for the smiles and the level of customer care! Well done and we will be back!
