The champagne breakfast each morning and the evening cocktails with stunning city views were highlights we looked forward to every day. The service at the lounge was outstanding, and a special mention goes to Steve and the entire Level 38 team for being so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast at Edge was another standout. The quality and variety of the buffet were top-notch, easily one of the best we’ve experienced. Every detail, from the food to the service, was handled with care and professionalism. From check-in to check-out, everything felt seamless. The staff across the hotel were consistently friendly, helpful, and made our anniversary feel extra special. In a nutshell, everything was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Pan Pacific Singapore to anyone looking to spend quality time in one of the best hotels in Singapore."

"This is a beautiful centrally located hotel in Singapore. It is close to the riverfront. The great breakfast buffet for $20 daily is a real fine. They were very responses to our needs like an extra blanket and charging equipment. Only negative: They forgot to resupply the wash cloths. The staff was accommodating and very kind."

"Well located hotel. Staff are fantastic. They mention about the pillows when you check in that if they’re not what you’re after to phone reception and they’ll organise other ones - but at 11pm at night when you’re in your PJs you’re not really going to do that! Pillows are seriously all like rocks - ended up sleeping on folded towels! "
