"Hotel was under construction remodel; otherwise, it would have been all 5 stars. Lobby was relocated to room 119 during the remodel. Room we were in was freshly remodeled but missing some baseboard trim behind door and headboard trim. Pool clean and spa working but jets took a minute to start up and could have used a skimming on the top. Roof of lobby canopy needed to be reshingled."

"Booked a mini-staycation here for my birthday, and the only regret was not booking an extra night. It’s a very cute property. The king Oceanview with a balcony was the perfect room for what we needed. Minor complaints for feedback purposes would be the lighting in the bathroom was very poor for doing hair/makeup. And the restaurant food is not great and not a good value for what you get. All of the staff were very lovely. The front desk manager was so kind and even sent up complimentary bubbles for the occasion. Such a thoughtful touch considering we were only there for a one night stay. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I need some R&R or for any occasion!"

"I usually love to stay here. However I booked a room for my employee and he came back one day to other people in his room. He had to remove his items and go to the front desk. They then gave him a new room. They were so unorganized they tried to look up the reservation and say he checked in Wednesday when really he checked in Tuesday and the incident occurred on Thursday. They did not offer anything until I called and made a point to say how unacceptable the situation was. Only offered to reimburse one night. Will never book there again. "

"Breakfast should have some healthy choices. Cold cereal that is not all sugar kiddie cereal. Cooked oatmeal would be preferred. Instant oatmeal packets are disgusting Hotel property needs better maintained, and repaired.. "

"We Had stayed here for a wedding near the hotel we. Stayed for two days and the rooms we had were in excellent condition except for one room. we had the bathroom ceiling that had a leak but the staff upgraded us to an amazing luxury suite with all amenities, jacuzzi tube full kitchen two fire places and very large shower we would definitely stay here again the property has about 4.5 acres, and they have multiple pools and golf course throughout the property the check-in process was a little lengthly though and there’s not too many restaurants nearby the property or stores, unless you travel 20 min away but the hotel has a restaurant with a decent breakfast lunch menu and anything you may need for the pools is on site as well its great for family’s with kids over all. 4-5 Stars"
