"Stayed here with my daughter who was attending a school function downtown. We arrived late and the overnight staff at the desk were so nice and helpful, also assisted me with getting a late checkout. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was fully stocked and fresh and once again the staff very nice. Will stay again next time we are in Toledo. "

"Good hotel, would definitely stay again. The rooms are nice, Had a loose tile in bathroom but loved room otherwise. The front desk lady wasn’t rude or anything but wouldn’t say she was friendly either. Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about; potatoes were cold and mainly just omelettes to choose from other than oatmeal and pancakes."

"The nastiest place I have ever stayed. The smell of mildew smacks you in the face from the moment you open the door. The condition of the room and grounds are terrible. A mess in the parking lot. I couldn’t make it 5 minutes in the room with that smell. I left my keys and never went back. Don’t waste your money no matter what the price is. "
