"The location is excellent! Within walking distance to the beach, shopping, dining, and even the casinos. Bike paths also run right by the property. Grocery stores are also just a few minutes up the street. The room we had at 3 Peaks had a kitchen with everything you could possibly need- pots, pans, silverware, knives, included. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and was great for a family! The property had a pool, two hot tubs, bbq pits, picnic areas, and a pool table in the office. The only downside is parking is limited and the cleaning staff was EXTREMELY noisy at 8:00 am each day. "

"Was a great stay with a beautiful view. My boyfriend and I fully enjoyed ourselves. The only thing I noticed, which wasn’t really a big deal, was sand in the carpet that hadn’t been vacuumed from the previous guest. Otherwise, everything was great. "

"They let us check in early to make our music festival! Parking was free and right outside our room. Our room was clean and kept very cool with our room air conditioner. The Inn was about a 9 minute walk to the Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena and very manageable after an 11 hour festival. The area felt very safe and was well lit. I was a bit concerned about the traffic noise after reading the reviews but the air conditioning unit made for excellent white noise that I fell asleep easily. The rooms were non-smoking and my sensitive nose picked up zero trace of smoke. The staff was really friendly! The coffee keurig in the lobby was a nice touch! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff was friendly, grounds were well kept, rooms were completely remodeled and very clean, bed was comfortable. Beach area was nice, Tiki Bar a bit expensive. Pool was heated and stayed open until 10pm. Complimentary smores every night at the fire pits was a nice touch. "
