"HOT WATER!!!! Turned on the water for the shower, never got warm or hot, was cold. Called the front desk, on hold for 6 minutes, called back on hold for while again then hung up on. Called back and was told our room is far away from the boiler and it takes a while for the water to warm up!! Pretty amazing huh"

"We had to stay here recently while work was being done on our house. The absolute best part was the staff. Extremely friendly, accommodating, helpful, and available. Breakfast was decent as well. My only complaint (and not really a complaint, just an FYI) is that the pool and hot tub area definitely needs a deeper clean. Overall, we had a great stay!"

"The property is much improved from when I visited about six years ago. My room was directly facing the ocean. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. They now have a coffee shop next door, which is very convenient. I visited in April, too early for beach walking unless you have a parka, but it was wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the surf."

"Newer hotel but everything is cheap. Had to call the front desk after midnight to complain about the loud drunks playing music and yelling, for hours, outside on the patio. You can hear everything outside as well as your neighbors rooms. No daily housekeeping. No breakfast included. Loud noises from highway and businesses near by at all hours of the day and night. Would not stay here again"
