"Was concerned after check-in to see that 1 of 2 elevators was not working. Refrigerator in room was not working & heat/air appeared to not be working either. We checked in late so we did not notify front desk till the next morning. Once notified facility maintenance arrived within minutes. 10 minutes later we had a new refrigerator in the room & he went to work on the heat/air. Another 10 minutes later & the heat/air was working properly. Best part of this was the positive attitude of the repair man, apologetic & concerned that we were totally happy & satisfied with the room & that he had resolved all issues. All other staff have been super nice, polite & accommodating. "

"Entire place was well maintained. Room was clean and nice. Parking felt very safe and well lit. Shower floor was quite good w/o any slipping. I do wish there were guard rails in shower for us old people. Will stay again! Boathousejoe"
