"Many dining options within 10-15 minutes drive or less. Also close to Walmart as well as other markets and stores. The staff were friendly and accommodating of my late check in. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. Quiet location on a residential street. Was there for Cape Cod marathon and can not emphasize what a great location this is for easy access to Main Street Falmouth. "

"This place was in such a nice location. We were a 5-10 minute walk to woods hole little downtown area and the beach. The owners were lovely and our experience was very pleasant. Not a luxurious place if that’s what you’re looking for, but very comfortable and clean."
