I was looking for something cozy for my autistic nonverbal son, and Margaritaville checked all the boxes for us. Small and cozy waterpark, very accommodating to disabled kids. I love all the services at the restaurant, waterpark, and hotel. Definitely, we will come back.

Hotel was clean and well decorated. Room had Keurig with coffee and tea pods as well as needed condiments for such. Bath items like a robe, shampoo, soap, moisturizer are provided along with plenty of fresh towels. Child enjoyed the splash pad and lazy river. A tad busy right after school, less crowded after dinner time. The arcade had plenty of games, prize machine was limited for larger ticket amount but run by Ryan Amusements and cards are interchangeable at various places. Restaurants on site and also fairly decent, better than I had expected actually. Overall a nice stay with my son and would return with him again.

The updates they made are beautiful. You really feel like you’re in the Caribbean if you don’t step outside. All the staff I encountered were super helpful and courteous. The water park was closed for unforeseen maintenance for a day and a half which happened to be out last days so that was disappointing to our 8 year old. The food I would say was just OK for the price. The margaritas made up for the food - yum! We will def go back.

The room was great. Comfy, clean, and colorful. I enjoyed my spa treatments and use of the hot tub. I had fun and good food at the Sharks Fin Bar. I did not understand why I was charged a resort fee. Many of the extras were available to anyone who walked through the doors.
