Staff was spectacular - especially the woman who checked us in late afternoon Friday, with details on amenities, suggestions for dining, best sunset, coffee, etc. Others were helpful as well. Pool had tons of clean fresh towels; bathroom had deep soaking tub which I enjoyed.

We always stay here when visiting Falmouth. Extremely friendly staff. We travel with a service dog and the setting is convenient to walking him, and good lighting as we walk. Feel very welcomed and safe in the location. The room was clean, and all requests for additional items we needed was met quickly and happily. We won”’t stay anywhere else when in the area!!

Hotel is definitely looking tired. It could also use a deep cleaning, especially in the common areas. Only encountered one staff member at the front desk and she was lovely. Room was decent, but lots of wear and tear. Fortunately bed was comfortable, but pillow pillows were awful with feathers poking into your head and very flimsy. We continue to stay here due to the location as you can walk right into town and it’s just off the bike path. Hopefully they’ll put some more attention into the property.
