Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Gloria on reception, a big thank you to her for trying to help me so much with the problem with our transfer. Hotel was quiet so plenty of free sun beds etc.
Only thing that needs improvement lent was that the beds in room are very hard. I did read this in another review before booking and thought they would t be that bad but found sleeping difficult and have come home with a very bad back as a result. Everything else at hotel was great...

Set in extensive land near to Arta this brand new resort was fantastic the suite we stayed in was superb the staff amazing and friendly the buffet breakfast was a brilliant way to start the day before relaxation at the outdoor infinity pool with 360 degree views of mountains and sea with a bar and plenty of sun loungers. We also used the new gym contained in the SPA with a full size indoor pool . The evening meals taken at either the bistro set high up or the carossa restaurant which offered...

I liked that there was food all the time , indoor restaurant and outside, drinks anytime. Activities were great , lovely for little children , plenty pools
The staff , some very helpful some not but maybe can put this down to language barrier
My greatest downfall were the little biting insects

We have just returned from a week staying at the Albufera Playa hotel. We were pleased with every single aspect of our visit. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned beautifully each day. The location of the hotel is excellent - right on the beach, in a nice quiet resort, which was perfect for us. We hired a car so were able to easily get to other places on the island. The food was amazing - such a great choice at breakfast and dinner - I had something different every...

One of the best hotel experiences. Staff was extremely friendly. Location is nice, but renting a car was good idea as it is not very close to town but it’s not too far either. There is a superstore right in front of the hotel. Europcar rental office is also at a walking distance. Room with partial sea view was good. Pool was extremely clean thoroughly enjoyed swimming as there was no overwhelming bleach or chemical smell. Direct access to beach. Beach was shallow, perfect for kids. Only downside...

This is a true gem of a hotel in the beautiful, charming old town of Alcudia. Although the hotel is situated a stone's throw from the centre of the old town with all its restaurants, the location is quiet and peaceful. The breakfasts are truly great, offering a wide selection of local produce, cheeses, hams, pastries and fresh fruit. The bedrooms are spacious with really good ensuite facilities and there is a lovely terrace to relax on. Maria the hotel manager couldn't be more helpful and...

Loved this hotel. We had a standard room which was up in the 'attic'; modern, clean and contemporary with a huge bed and very large bathroom with separate walk-in shower. We even had a view of the harbour through the skylight windows. The decor had a nautical edge to it and though neutral had a romantic and homely feel.

Great hotel, very quiet and luxurious for a relaxed time. Staff are very nice & helpful. Just keep in mind that it’s in the middle of the forest, you’ll have alotta cockroaches in all sizes and one night there was a huge spider came in the casita was a bit scary.

Wonderful stay at Monnaber Vell. Well-appointed Finca with stunning infinity pool overlooking the valley. Food was really good with lots of locally grown produce. Staff were lovely & owner gave interesting tour of property followed by wine tasting.

Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and very good quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the property is in a quiet part of a quiet village, views from the small terrace at the back of the hotel across the village were great to enjoy with a cup of coffee.

The location of this hotel is superb. Across the road from a beautiful sandy beach, where you can hire parasol and 2 loungers for the day. Great restaurants only 10 minute walk away along the well maintained promenade. We will definitely come back soon.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. Decoration and amenities top quality and the little touches like homemade sweet treats with turn down were a wonderful touch. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We will definitely be returning (when the pool is a little warmer)
