"We were a little disappointed in the overall experience of the hotel. It appeared to be older, needing a refresh and happier staff. The breakfast was good; it got a solid B from us. The website stated there were 3 restaurants- only found the breakfast room. The only friendly staff was the gentleman that checked us in and the woman that checked on one of our lamps. Everyone else seemed sad and tired. The room was adequate. There was no tv guide to find what stations were available which was annoying. The bed was very comfortable and lots of storage space. Parking was convenient, but disappointing that we had to have our car moved by 11am our car would be towed! We liked the ability to walk to Progressive Field and to other points of interests. We would probably return, knowing what not to expect and plan accordingly."

"Seemed run down. Like maybe it was an older kimpton that just needs to be refreshed, but the furniture in my room was stained and kind of nondescript. the room was small, and the desk staff seems too busy to really make you feel very welcome. i’ve stayed in quite a few help Kimpton‘s and usually they are the opposite. It was OK but for the price I think I’d go somewhere else if I were going to come to town again."
