"The room was clean the staff was so nice and helpful breakfast was great luch and dinner my child did not want to leave the pool slide lazy river hot tube all was clean and at a nice temp I love the place cant wait to come back"

"This place was great for the one night we stayed. I did choose this location because of the theme shuttle but beware that the pick up and drop off hours are limited. We chose to take an Uber back-and-forth and it was about 6 to 7 dollars each trip. The room was clean and the pools looked nice! Unfortunately, we did not have time to use them. Will consider staying here again on another trip. The room has a fridge and microwave, bonus for us to warm up our leftovers. The staff was extremely helpful and we were allowed to check in a little bit earlier and stay a little bit later for no extra charge. "

"Small dated and musty rooms. Housekeeping service is a knock and towels. No trash removal or anything. Windows not noise insulated. On the last night i saw a small bug with wings in my room.Shirtless man sitting outside his room in desk chair on sidewalk smoking a cigarette was just the cherry on top."

"Great hotel. Clean, safe, great staff. Right across the street from Universal Studios with a walking bridge. Nice pool but a ton of kids so if you don't want to be around tons of kids in the lobby, pool, etc.., you may want to look elsewhere. The room were clean, shower was great, big spacious room. Pet friendly. Just a great hotel and a great experience for us staying here."

"The staff were friendly and very helpful. The included buffet breakfast and dinner was pleasant surprise. Plenty of options and delicious for a buffet! The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, especially if you are visiting the parks or ESPN (we were there for cheer nationals). We also enjoyed the poolside restaurant and Pizza Hut on site."

"The room was okay. I just didn’t like that you couldn’t close the door to the bathroom because the toilet was too close and the lock to the bathroom door is on the outside instead of the inside."
