Beautiful views from restaurant, and great location for shopping

I had a great stay at Namah Nainital. They made our first anniversary very special by giving complementary treats. Staff was very good, they have pick and drop services to Mall road. The location of hotel is also prime, giving beautiful view of Nainital.

The property has a stunning view of the hills which will make you fall in love with it. However, our room had faulty switches because of which we couldn't turn on the geyser at all during our stay. Food was nice but a little on the expensive side.

I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating. The spa too could do with a facelift. The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade,overall a lovely place to stay at.

It is a decent property with good staff, delicious food. Some buildings of the property are under renovation so some nearby noise keeps troubling you. Location is good with complimentary shuttle service

Best approach , directly from main road. Parking is very good. Food is excellent. Staff behavior is very polite with prompt response. Property is spread across a large area with various stay options (type of rooms) , so no congestion and ample space for walking / activities. A very good location indeed in hilly terrain like Bhimtal.

The Bungalow’s architecture sold me out! I and my friend stayed here for a night and the whole experience was unique and hand-crafted by the host. The location was semi-outdoors with tall deodar trees surrounding the Bungalow. The open patio at outdoors was clam and neatly maintained. Great location, courteous staff very hospitable. Food is also very good a mixture of Indian and continental. We stayed at the Cliff House cottage which is very tastefully done and has 2 bed rooms on split level and living room on lover level. 2 areas where the hotel can get better is one to have more signages as one approaches the hotel.
