"First off when we got there the lady at the reception desk was very unprofessional, she was in sweatpants and an old Tshirt and seemed annoyed that she had to serve us.
The facility was just ok. We got to our room, there was no towels, the fan and heating didn’t work, the TV remote didn’t work. The outside noise from trains and from the foundry was very loud all night.
I think I would safely say I’ll never stay there again. "
