Night shift staff was unfortunately not very kind during check in. Heaven was the staff member, I wish there was a more friendly helpful face at the front desk.

They refused a refund to us even though they were unable to make room keys for us. We were in a time crunch to get checked in to get ready for a wedding rehearsal so we couldn’t wait around.

Its a great location for the price. If they cleaned the shower prior to our arrival, then they should have noticed the drain was blocked with hair. My wife ended up removing it, than getting dressed and wait for them to fix it. Noisy A/C. Breakfast was great!

Good hotel in downtown Great Falls. Staff were friendly and parking, while not initially intuitive, was underground so I had zero worries about my vehicle. Excellent location as it is right in downtown Great Falls and is walkable to good restaurants and a lot of the art in the city

The room wasn’t cleaned upon arrival. The toilet was dirty and there were hairs all over the bed. The backside of the building had a broken door and had people from a next door club hanging around staring at people.
