"Always stay here when we go to Great Falls. Walking distance to the Newberry, Mighty Mo Brewery, ect. The Celtic Cowboy has great food and a nice selection of local beers and the breakfast is great too. Nice variety. "

"Staff was very pleasant, quite lovely actually. Room was clean and nice, we had a good sleep and were very comfortable. We’re big on the pool and jacuzzi when we travel, the pool was sorta unkept and the jacuzzi water was brown, yes brown, like dozens of kids had pissed in it and no one bothered to perform maintenance on it. Really disgusting. I’d say it was as a good place to stay if you don’t care about using the pool, if you do, I’d avoid it. "

"We chose the Crystal Inn based on the reviews and 9.2 rating. Unfortunately that sets the bar pretty high and we felt that it fell a little short compared to others around the 9 rating. The a/c unit didn't cool very well and made clicking noises as well as cycling very inconsistently which woke me up several times. Breakfast items were tasty but not readily available and were barely warm when refilled. The beds and pillows were ok but not overly comfortable. The staff was nice, the hotel clean, pool and hot tub fun, and pretty quiet location yet with easy airport and highway access. Worth a stay at the March price point and we do appreciate the amenities and staff in today's world."

"Well doesnt help the wind was 50 m0h and windows shook. Thin ceiling you can hear everthing. Room was clean.. beds just okay. Get what you pay for..not sure the area is okay pics online look nice..and them whem you get there...questionable"
