We had a great stay at LOFT. Lovely rooms which were clean and very comfortable. Staff were helpful and made everything very easy for us. Highly recommend.

We loved the food and the dinner was amazing. Breakfast was on another level, we knew what to expect from certain dishes from the buffet but once we tried them it was much better than anticipated… Looking forward to our next visit already.

The hotel is situated near a residential area so nice and quiet of an evening but still only a 5-10 minute walk into the old town. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and nothing was to much to ask. If you are thinking of visiting Bratislava I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay. First Class !

This hotel is a gem. The wellbeing facility is top. The scenery in winter would be amazing; if I have to go Slovakia again, I will definitely stop there again. This is one of those holiday, I wish I could extend my stay further. Only one small negative, wished they used spring mattresses of mid tension.

Spacious rooms, great breakstaff, helpful staff members especially Branko. Attention to smallest details such as welcome drink, chocolates on bed, daily weather card, evening chocolates, quite and safe location. Old town and new town and Eurovea mall and Danube Promenade within walking distance. Will come stay here everytime I come to Vienna.

Clean, modern, and comfortable. Excellent location <5 mins walk from the centre of the old town. Friendly staff. The only odd thing is that they give you a huge key that you have to carry around with you, rather than a key card. Other than that, pretty much perfect for a stay in BTS

We had a great stay at Grand Hotel River Park. Great facilities, helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing!

Very clean rooms, very helpful staff,very good Continental breakfast, tea/coffee facilities available throughout the day plus microwave oven and room safe for added security. Located in a pleasant residential area just outside the main town. One needs transport to go into town but the bus top is located near the hotel. We found it easier to book a Bolt taxi for 5 only euros. Also located near the train station but did not find the noise to be of any real problem. Car parking is also available....

It was appropriate to stay in such an historic building in the centre of the old city: the rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The staff are helpful and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience.

Great breakfast and cosy spacious room. Door handle loose in bathroom as screws missing. Our room was ready before check in time which was convenient however the bin had not been emptied.

We stayed for 1 night and our stay was lovely. The hotel is located only a few steps away from the gondola which can take you to Skalnaté pleso or even Lomnický štít. The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived early and they managed to check us in straight away. The spa facilities were fantastic with lovely views. Food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel is designed to a high standard with beautiful touches. We wished we could have stayed longer. We would highly recommend this hotel and...

Visiting Kosice in January can be scenic but cold and this hotel has fantastic wellness & spa facilities. We spent there two nights semi-privately enjoying the steam room, sauna & Jacuzzi. On top this hotel provides massage therapy of different kinds & mud wraps. It's very relaxing. The stuff is extremely caring & helpful. To our surprise they packed snacks to supply our missed breakfast as we were leaving very early morning @ 3:45 a.m. That's a first!

A very comfortable and relaxing stay. Hotel was very convenient for both airport and city centre, and staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Good breakfast options too.
