Absolutely beautifully spotless accommodation. The hosts were so welcoming and communication was great. The apartments were in a great location and to top it all off, had an amazing spa area that was beautiful. We will definitely return. Thank you ☺️

Excellent hotel in great location. Beautiful interior.

Clean, comfortable and friendly stay. Perfect base to visit Tatra Mountains.

We loved the food and the dinner was amazing. Breakfast was on another level, we knew what to expect from certain dishes from the buffet but once we tried them it was much better than anticipated… Looking forward to our next visit already.

Everything was just fantastic - we had the Chalet Suite which I highly recommend to families travelling with children. The kids club is great - my children were so sad to leave on the last day and rushed to say their goodbyes to the team. This hotel is a gem. The wellbeing facility is top. The scenery in winter would be amazing; if I have to go Slovakia again, I will definitely stop there again. Excellent cosy room, lovely welcome and great breakfast. Value for money and will be back thanks so much. As a hotel manager myself I recognise good hospitality

Room was clean and modern, breakfast was really good, plus the staff were great. 😊

Great location, great facilities, close to Harenda, restaurant and bars.

Lovely room and view and the staff were amazingly attentive

Great breakfast and cosy spacious room. Door handle loose in bathroom as screws missing. Our room was ready before check in time which was convenient however the bin had not been emptied.

It's comfortable, clean and enjoyable. Staff was very kind

We stayed for 1 night and our stay was lovely. The hotel is located only a few steps away from the gondola which can take you to Skalnaté pleso or even Lomnický štít. The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived early and they managed to check us in straight away. The spa facilities were fantastic with lovely views. Food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel is designed to a high standard with beautiful touches. We wished we could have stayed longer. We would highly recommend this hotel and...
