Un super sejour dans l’hotel au centre de Smokovec. Chambre propre et spacieuse avec la vue sur les montagnes. Bon petit dejeuner et copieux. Acceuil agreable.Parking gratuit derriere l’hotel. Wifi gratuit.

Die junge Dame am Empfang, die das Check-in und Check-out durchgeführt hat, ist leider furchtbar unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Die Dame, die am zweiten Tag dafür gesorgt hat, das Zimmer wechseln zu können, ist hingegen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre definitiv hinter sich. In meinem ersten Zimmer konnte man die Balkontüre zwar öffnen, aber danach nicht mehr schliessen. Nach einer Nacht konnte ich das Zimmer wechseln. Hier ging die Balkontüre, dafür hatte ich den Handtuchhalter in der Hand, als ich das Handtuch aufhängen wollte. Dasselbe ist mir mit dem Geländer im Treppenhaus passiert. Frühstück ist akzeptabel, aber auch nicht mehr. Positiver Aspekt: die zentrale Lage und die Parkplätze direkt hinter dem Haus.

Välj ett rum från berget om det är varmt för en hel del trafik på vägen och rummet saknar AC så bullrigt ha fönster öppet på natten Annars ett ok hotell tyvärr fick vi inte utnyttja poolen då inga tider fans tillgängliga Billigt hotell för omgivningen men dyrt ände tveksamt värt priset Vill man vandra i bergen ligger det perfekt

Nejlevnější (suroviny) neznamená nejlepší

Snídaně - jako najíte se. Ale. Tak nějak jsme měli dojem, že džus ředěný vodou, párky nic moc, z ovoce jen jablko... Když to zkusíte, tak udělají i ham&egs - ale v našem případě 1x s kyselým výrazem obsluhy. Celkem cestujeme a tudíž víme, že v podobné cenové relaci se to dá dělat i lépe. Wifi - pokoj 3 patro na konci chodby, připojení bída. Parkovacích míst zdarma je omezený počet, takže při plně obsazeném hotelu to může být problém Pozitivum byla čistota, klid (okna od hlavní silnice), super poloha jako výchozí bod.

Všade blízko

Pekný a pohodlný hotel v centre všetkých služieb. Výhodou a zároveň nevýhodou je blízkosť železničnej stanice. Železnice majú pomerne výraznú úvodnú zvučku, ktorá vyhráva od skorého rána.
