"I stayed three nights with my two teenage daughters. Our experience was most positive in every way. The staff were very attentive and helpful to all our queries. The hotel is clean and quiet. There is good and reliable WiFi, and free parking in front of hotel was a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was varied and ample. I can safely recommend the hotel to all, and we would definitely stay there again when we next return to Tatry mountains."

Waarschijnlijk omdat er nauwelijks gasten waren was de service bizar slecht, het zal hopelijk beter zijn op drukke dagen. "The staff was quite rude and with attitude. No free water is absolutely ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. No drinks with a dinner is very strange. Buffet style dinner was amazing, but the portions of the evening meals were like for children."
