"This is a family run business, and nothing was too much trouble. The reception was excellent, as was the bar and dining room. A really lovely home from home atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. "Clean and friendly. Good place for grabbing sleep before an early flight out of Heathrow terminal 5. Had a fire alarm go off (it was New Year’s Eve so you can guess why it went off) but staff did a great job following procedures and clearing us to quickly get back to our rooms.
