The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with a kitchen and some necessary utensils, which made it feel like a home away from home. The receptionist staff were helpful. The location is excellent - just a short walk from train station, the Shambles, York Minster and many other attractions. Everything is easily walkable, which made exploring the city very convenient. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting York! "

"Great location-easy walk to center of town. Room was spacious & comfortable and had a fridge. Breakfast had a nice variety of foods that were all tasty and appealing. Staff was very helpful and attentive."

"Only stayed the one night but the staff were very friendly and efficient, they helped us check baggage before and after check out so they were could explore the city without carting around unnecessary luggage. The room itself was clean and nice decorated, the bed was perhaps a little on the soft side which may be an issue for some but we found it perfectly fine. The shower was great and the room temperature controlled was fantastic given it was quite a warm sticky day outside and I've seen other hotels in the area resort to loud portable Aircon units in an effort to keep the rooms at an acceptable level but here the integrated air was efficient and quiet. Overall a very enjoyable, if quick stay, that I would be happy to do again. "

"The lobby of the hotel was great, everything is on one floor so handy if you're disabled. None of those tiny flights of stairs. Swimming pool was fantastic. There's a great kids play room in the lobby which is handy if you want a drink and the kids to entertain themselves. The room was modern and comfortable. My only complaint is that in terms of window the whole room just had one tiny window but a pretty minor complaint. The bathroom was clean and comfortable with good hot water pressure. I would definitely come back."
