"Staff really friendly. Stored our luggage and gave complimentary drink on arrival. Gave advice and shared useful information. Room clean and tidy. Rooftop bar lovely and spa facilities were good. Highly recommend. "

"Overall average stay. Problems included: no microwave, really warm room at some points with no solution as AC system couldn't be controlled by the staff (?), hot water got cut off multiple times in the room so couldn't shower, no locks on bathroom door, lack of hangers and hooks, and a bad toilet flush. Breakfast was decent, not too much variety and quite repetitive, but catering staff were very nice - they cooked vegetarian options if you asked. Room cleaning staff were also nice. Hotel staff in the reception weren't though."

"Everything was perfect. The place, so clean, close to balluta bay, the details in the place… I would come back every single time. There is just one minor thing.. the tv is not smart so say bye to watch Netflix if you want to rest a bit. Other than that AMAZING is a small word for it "

"Check in was great. Family room was massive it was like a Presidential Suite. No toiletries in bathroom, I would expect it to be there. On certain days no on picks up the phone eg reception, housekeeping which was frustrating. Room A/C doesn’t work properly, hair dryer and bathroom tub drain doesn’t work, disappointed. Breakfast was excellent, great selection of full English and continental, juices was poor it was watered down. Breakfast staff was good. Indoor pool was fantastic along with the steam/sauna. Hotel was indeed a palace, very spacious and very close to ferry terminal 8-10min walk. I would not rate this as a 5 star premium hotel. It’s lacking in some areas. But a very good stay although."
