Cannot rave about this place enough. The only thing I marked down was the amenities because the restaurant wasn't open, which was a real shame because I'd have loved to eat there but I do understand it's not open every day and we stayed on a Tuesday night.

We quite randomly stumbled on Tom & Maureen’s B&B whilst transiting between Niagara Falls and NYC - and well did we get lucky here. The B&B is absolutely perfect in every aspect - beautiful surroundings, quaint interior with superb attention to detail to accommodate the guests and a super comfortable bed!
