"Room was spacious, loved the little divider between the 2 beds. The laundry room was a great convenience for us; it was very clean and well maintained. Everywhere we needed to go was close by. Grocery stores, lots of dining options, and freeway close for getting to our farther destinations."

"The hotel was good. Breakfast was nice. Clean food space. Pool was great, warm. The kids loved it. Staff was nice and accommodating. The room needs some updating. The curtains were old and dirty. Carpet seemed old The bathtub had a constant leak. The ac kinda acted funny at night/ noisy. "

"I love Hyatt hotels, always a positive experience, I apologize for not remembering the names , Patrick in the restaurant is amazing , friendly and active to go above and beyond to help, the Hispanic older lady too, she doesn't speak good English but she was great, The front desk closing shift lady is very sweet and friendly, she made sure everything was perfect , I stayed on 6th floor , the cleaning lady always smiling, The breakfast was good, omelet and boiled eggs, sausage and bacon, Philadelphia cheese, blueberry and strawberry berry jam, waffle, coffee , orange and apple juice, 3 types of cereal and fruits , The gym is very clean, The experience was good although the hotel was fully booked due to many events going on, Highly recommended."

"My family and I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was fresh and had plenty of options to start the day right. Housekeeping did an excellent job, our room was always clean, comfortable, and well cared for. I also really appreciated the free laundry facilities, which made my stay so much more convenient. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Was surprised to get an additional $27 “linen fee” at check in on top of the nightly price. Also, used the travel size shampoo left for guests and was shocked it was literally cut with water. Anything to cut corners I guess."
