Yeah, I just didn’t find it convenient when I needed extra towels, so I ended up not getting any. The room was clean, and the pillows were soft, making for a comfortable stay. The bathtub didn’t have a stopper that held water well, but I was still able to enjoy a nice bath. The property itself wasn’t fancy, but that’s understandable since it’s a small mountain town. Overall, it met my needs and suited the moment."

"The inn staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet. The food in the restaurant was really good, with the best waffle fries. The only improvements I would suggest is a better mattress and pillows and having a better shower curtain that keeps the water in. "

Room looked clean at first glance but the mirror looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year plus fingerprints all over everything that could have been wiped off. Then right when I was heading to bed a cockroach came out from behind the smoke detector. Then saw 2 more before leaving. Definitely wouldn’t stay again. "

"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location. The current administration should invest funds in the National Parks, rather than divesting from them, and rather than spending untold, mismanaged, hundreds of millions on ballrooms and personal jets. This historied encampment deserves to be kept up in a more intentional way for our children and grandchildren. Can you imagine what Skyland would look like if just a handful of millions going toward a gilded jet were spent on the deep cleaning and deferred maintenance it requires? "
