"Upon arrival the room was in a very poor condition cigarette burns all over the carpet and bed base.Carpers were filthy and so was the skirtings not fit for a dog to even live in.The hallway up to the room was stinking of fresh cigarette smoke which came into the room we stayed all but five minutes as our little girl and us could not stay there we were refused a refund but we are going to take this much higher as this should not be let out to anyone "

"Basically like a air B&B self contained flats rented out by the university to take advantage of their extra capacity. It contains a kitchen/living facility, my room had 2 very comfy beds & 2 bathrooms. be advised these units are self catering Belgrade don't provide food but you have a one stop shop and a big sainsburys nearby if you need anything. "Communication regarding check-in was awful. Room was really cold when I got in. Couldn't lock door at first, had to mess about freeing rhe lock (should not be my job!!) No towels or soap available. No hot water on tap. No tea/coffee making facility, although there was a kettle so at least I could get some hot water, but no cups/mugs. Went down into what I'd believed was a communal lounge & kitchen to be told by a chap who was sleeping in the lounge that it is a private room (No lock on door!!) Woke this morning to an extremely cold room, couldn't turn on heater"
