"Clean and quiet "

"Me and my family with 3 kids stayed for a mini-cation to go to the Mall of America. Front desk woman was very nice. Pool a smaller size with a hot tub and a sauna. Kids had fun in the pool. The rooms and beds were clean. I would definitely stay again. "

"No one came to clean the whole 3 nights I was there came back for my security deposit didn’t want to give to me had to cause a seen also threw all of my valuables away Im pissed!! Will be returning tomorrow morning for my belongings."
