"I can't fault anything from the service I have received, as a person of colour which I hardly find any one that look like us, the staff and services was extraordinary, my little one said "Mum, why are they always smiling and extremely nice" this people are something else, always ready to help, like they go extra mile. I have learnt that it really doesn't cost nothing to be kind! I met with other guest and they had nothing negative to say. They have shown myself and my family extraordinary kindness and I will definitely be back here with friends and family. Thank you guys! "

"Amazing stay"

"Lovley spacious clean room with a fantastic bathroom and the best shower ever. Plenty of room for my friend and I and as ladies, we appreciated the mirrors in all the places we needed them with excellent overhead lighting for doing make up etc! The location is fine, not the most salubrious but we always felt safe and the head reception chap, Giorgio, was absolutely lovely. Just a shame I emailed the hotel twice to ask if there was definitely a kettle in the room and they didn’t respond. So I took my travel kettle and it wasn’t needed. It’s just off a busy main road so quite noisy but the balcony door closed meant we still had a good night sleep. "

"This place itself was nice, however, the area was sketchy at best. It’s not that hotels fault that public transit is absolute garbage, but it should be noted because it is super close to the central train terminal. So you might think that’s helpful for getting around. It’s not. If you’re adventurous enough, I recommend renting a car, using a good maps system, and paying for insurance. The people who ran this hotel were super nice, I need to reiterate this, because it seems like I didn’t like the overall stay. They were great "
