The staff was friendly and check-in was easy enough, given that we arrived around 11pm. The property is around a 15 min ride by taxi from Changi airport. Our low rating for this property is due pre-dominantly to the fact that there was limited amenities provided in the room. There were no tissues or hand towels provided. Given the name D'Resort, we were expecting something a little more "resorty".

This property is big, so lots of walking. It being close to the shopping center and the airport was probably the only plus about this place. Once walked into the room, it was hot and humid. No AC - just a ceiling fan. No tissue paper available either. No toiletries. So if you don't have yout own, stop by the shopping center. This place is very cheap on their guests. Would not recommend.

Hotel was difficult to find in complex.Taxi driver drove us to a different spot to disembark.Needed to walk over 1km and up a ramp in the heat to get to checkin area.My wife asked for a drink of water on arrival and she NEVER got it ! Had to wait until we got into the room to get a drink of water !! The area at checkin was very quiet with 3 girl agents behind the desk.No one was forthcoming to check us in ?! Also front area had orange peel scattered around the floor also oranges slices just lying on the tile floor with no one attempting to clean it up..?? Very Odd !

The hotel staff were very nice. Our room was huge! Bedroom and washroom was very clean. The air conditioning can get very cold which was a plus! Only thing that can be improved is to have some sort of mirror in the bedroom. The lighting in the washroom was very dim and it was hard to see in that mirror.

Stayed here for a quick sleepover before flying out the next morning. Easy enough to get to from the airport and the lady who assisted us check in (late at night) was lovely and helpful. Room was quirky and the kids loved the bunk bed. Nice touch having a puzzle for kids where the answers acted as the combination to a padlock on a treasure chest in the room which had free goodies inside. We managed to crack it before we left at 6am ;) Would love to come back and stay for longer as water park and facilities looked very cool.

Everything’s good so far except for our room that’s different from what we originally booked, but they’re able to accommodate it. We just had to wait for it to be ready. We didn’t get a chance to try their waterpark. Hopefully next time when we go back again. Thanks!

If you have a layover in Singapore, this is the perfect spot. We had 20 hours, so took the 10 minute cab ride to the hotel, spent the day at the water park, and returned to Changi that evening. Perfect layover. Hotel is perfectly situated in the park.

It was a lovely place to stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Also, very convenient for shopping and having the water park exclusive for guests makes our stay very enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

It is a nice place to stay. The only problem that we came across was that ants were roaming around in the hotel room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was close to a shopping mall.

Wrongly numbered room..
Counter staff, Dory, did not indicate the correct room number on our keycard holder. We did double check with her before leaving the counter. Due to that, we could not access our room. Had to walk back to the lobby to right the situation.We had our elderly parents, toddler and bags with us. It was a hassle! Other than stay, everything else was good.

I had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed my room on the fifth floor, with a lovely view. Comfortable bed & bedding, nice shower and a very spacious room. Cute Christmas decorations and lights around the hotel area and also the night receptionist was very friendly, when I was checking out in the early hours of the morning. The resort is also next to a big park and beach, I had a very relaxing time there as well. A very jolly stay indeed! :)
