My husband left his new brown Columbia jacket in the room and they won't return it. This is a $200 coat. Gave us the wrong wifi password and the clerk was cold and unfriendly."

"it is an “extended stay” place and I got the feeling it was a place they put homeless people. hallways and elevators were dirty. way too many dogs. you have to ask for shampoo! they have 2 bellcarts and one of them was held together with tape. their free breakfast is coffee, granola bars and pre packaged muffins"

"They were horrible. We waited for 3hrs they never sent us address never responded on portal. Tried to call me 2 days later after we already had to relocate since we couldn't find the home. Theyl address online was wrong. They were supposed to send an email they never did. Worst experience ever."
