"The chef was outstanding, Nalin had 28 years experience and presented us with meals of a high standard with great service. They were in the process of renovating but this did not deminish our experience. All the staff were friendly and the meals were inexpensive. We wish the new owner and staff great success as their attitude and attention to guest requests warrants reward."

"Lovely quiet location with sounds of nature, dining outdoors with lovely gardens, amazing pool! Peacocks and other birds keep you company at breakfast. Room quite basic but does the job, hospitality was very good, as is the location for Sigiriya and national parks. Highly recommend! "

"The stay at Sigiriya Village was the highlight of our Sri Lanka visit. Design by Bawa, a famous architectural family, the grounds and facilities are stunning. Entering the space, we felt instantly calm. The staff was so kind and helpful. There were elegant and beautiful massage facilities and I strongly recommend a massage.
