The rooms are always clean, and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. The restaurant is a true highlight, with fantastic food and breathtaking lake views. "Very nice hotel. Has a mix of a vegas/Palm Springs vibe. Kid friendly. Cute bar and restaurant on site. Two pools with one of them having a little sandy beach area. Able to check into our room 90 min early and easy checkout process. Very close to old town Scottsdale and the mall. They have bikes you can ride for free too. "

"We had an excellent stay at Hyatt Place. The room was large and had a good layout with beds separated from the sofa and desk area. The fridge was quiet! Location was very convenient to a mall close by with many dining and shopping options, plus a cinema. The pool was large and got alot of use. Breakfast had several hot and cold options, plenty of seating space. Only improvement noted is that the carpet was in need of cleaning. Would stay here again. Desk dtaff was friendly and helpful, both checking in and out."
