"We were greeted warmly on our arrival by the staff and every day we were at the hotel. The staff assisted us daily as we utilized the services of the hotel. The food and service were excellent from the breakfast buffet to the restaurant meals. The decor was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Really wonderful stay and great value for money - the hotel is fairly small but the rooms were kept very clean, there’s a nice pool, a small gym and a great breakfast buffet. The best thing about the hotel for me was definitely the absolutely incredible staff - they were so helpful, warm and friendly. Would really, really recommend this to anyone staying in Siem Reap and will definitely be staying there again in the future. "

"This has been the best Hostel I have stayed in. The staff is so friendly, the activities are fun and only 2$ each. The room is spacious and quiet even so down below was Karaoke going on. The proximity to the Temples and Angkor Wat are great. Also the Bus terminal to the airport only steps away. Take the bus for $8, it is faster than Tuk Tuk and cheaper. "

"My daughter and I stayed at the wonderful Jaya House River Park Hotel. The hotel, staff and environment exceeded our expectations. I researched the conflict on the Cambodian border with Thailand, and determined it would not impact our visit. I was correct, we both felt very safe and relaxed at all times. The Jaya House River Park Hotel is beautiful. The design incorporates the lovely culture of the area with modern, artful and interesting touches. The room accommodation was first class. The hotel is a peaceful oasis, with beautiful gardens and grounds. The soul of the hotel is the staff. Their spirit of warmth, welcome, and personal attention have left an indelible mark on me.
