"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful boutique hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail created an experience that felt both luxurious and personal. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning. The pool area is a peaceful oasis, surrounded by lush tropical gardens that are impeccably maintained. Whether enjoying a morning coffee, relaxing by the pool, or taking an evening stroll through the gardens, every corner of the property felt serene and inviting. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel that combines elegance, tranquility, and outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend this property. I would gladly stay here again and look forward to returning in the future."

"Heritage is an excellent place to stay, explore, and relax in Siem Reap. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is conveniently close to the temples and markets, allowing us to easily explore the area. They also offer airport shuttle service and can assist you with various activities during your stay. If you’re planning to visit Angkor Wat, I highly recommend Heritage Suites. Thank you for making my visit truly memorable."

"Helpful staff and a lovely room. My room unfortunately had an overhead light that didn’t turn on and the water in the shower did not get very warm, so it was a bit inconvenient. Location was easily walkable to main areas of town."

"Very nice luxury hotel experience. The staff was so welcoming and always helpful, and the property itself was beautiful. The room, the lobby, the pool area, the restaurants, the gym, were all great. I felt very happy to come back after a day of touring. My only disappointment was the tour guide that was provided to us by the hotel. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, but he had very strong (and controversial) political opinions that he seemed unable to keep from sharing, and this made me kind of uncomfortable. It was the only time where I felt something a little unprofessional from my stay there. Otherwise, the experience was impeccable."

"I found this place which had glowing reviews on Expedia so I took a chance of booking it even though I normally book the big chain Hotels. Boy oh boy! What a surprise! Huge villa with 3 massive bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room/kitchen and best of all, a private swimming pool. Amazing place and very reasonable too. Angkor Wat is just 8Km from this place. The staff was very attentive and even made us breakfast boxes to take with us for early sunrise view of the temple. The hotel sent us a limo to pick us up from the airport and the service was impeccable with cold towels, drinks etc. We also had the best massages for the whole family. Our flight to Hanoi was at 6pm and they let us stay till 4pm without any extra charge. I highly recommend this place."
