The old casseria has been lovingly developed into the most amazing hotel. Everything is of the very highest quality in terms of decor, facilities and staff. Our arrival coincided with an electric storm that locked the gates shut. It proved impossible for the staff to open them, so we had the unusual entrance of climbing the wall. The owner was very apologetic and immediately offered an upgrade of room. No doubt our original room would have been good, but the upgrade was excellent. We could not...

Really good

We stayed for two nights and I wish it could have been longer! The whole experience was seamless, professional, friendly and easily the best stay I've had anywhere in years. Marianna was the best host anyone could ask for. She is not only atrentive she is also so warm and friendly. The property looks out onto the castle in Mussomeli and is a 25 minute walk from the heart of the town. On arrival the reception is beautiful, clean and quite contemporary, dressed in walnut and oak. The rooms are...

We stayed in the master suite which was stunning. Amazing service throughout our week long stay! Highly recommend!

scenic location, sympathetically renovated old winery, spacious rooms with mod cons, terrace with far views across the vineyards, sumptious breakfast buffet, enthusiastic staff, fascinating restaurant with quality cuisine. faultless. 6 nights in July 2016

Lovely room. Great location. Thick luxurious towels. Superb breakfast. Wonderful welcome from Katrina who helped to make our stay in Ragusa so memorable.

The stay was excellent tip top friendly staff and very efficient. Marilena is a very welcoming person she spared her time to have a little talk about the village and the culture. She is a very nice lady. The location is central parking is available near by the Via Eleonora D'Aragona and it's free of charge. Local council needs to revive the village as all the attractions are being lost and it's a pity. Loved the tranquility and the rawness of the village.

Staff were very helpful, welcoming, and accommodating of our toddler. Room (Grecale, Superior Plus with terrace overlooking vineyards) was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean (if bed a little soft for my personal taste). Pool area lovely for a sundowner glass of home-produced wine. Communal spaces very relaxing and stylishly decorated. Breakfast was lovely, fresh, home made cakes. Dinner was disappointing - uninspired, limited, poorly prepared, not good value for money (we had starters...

We stayed here two nights to view the valley of the temples. An oasis of calm with a lovely pool and wonderful food. Very helpful friendly staff.

We were there staying for one night. First thing I must say, the hotel manager Giusy was extremely helpful and friendly from the beginning to the end. We were very well looked after. It was the best customer service I have ever received from a hotel stay. We it felt very personalised. A lot of tips were given. Simply outstanding! The welcome homemade cookies we were given was delicious! The hotel itself was perfectly located between the two sides of Ragusa. It may look odd on the map, but it...

Excellent hotel to relax, and if you play golf it is ideal, but you do need a car if you wish to visit any of the 'sights' on the island. Great setting, excellent rooms, staff all well trained and all provide a 5 star service. Ignore the whinging 'reviews' who complain about the prices, or trivia. This is a quality 5 star hotel in a wonderful setting - it isn't Butlins, Center Parcs, or McDonalds - so if you have noisy demanding sprogs - leave them at home.

Had a lovely stay here for a couple of days. Staff were very friendly and attentive, hotel is very fresh and new and rooms were very comfortable. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but breakfast was good. A bit away from the main town (we had a car so that was ok) but easy walk down to the marina area with a few good restauarants. Free parking outside the hotel on the street.

Staff were super helpful. We had an issue which they went above and beyond to resolve, which they did to our satisfaction

P&G is a boutique B&B with an arty theme and quirky rooms. Our room had a surprisingly comfortable round bed in it! We stayed for a couple of nights while exploring the wonderful hill town of Enna. We opted for breakfast, provided both mornings by Pamela (one of the owners) who talked us through the amazing range of locally sourced food stuff on offer, many of which she had prepared herself. Pamela is a wonderfully gracious host and very knowledgeable about the local area. We really enjoyed our...

An overnight stay to visit the nearby Archeological park, but I wish I could've stayed longer here, as hotel was ideally placed for both the park and short walk to the beach etc. Really big and comfortable room, with clean, modern bathroom and great shower. Breakfast buffet was very good with a decent selection of items. The staff were really helpful and made recommendations on places to eat and how to best get around the park. Lots of space for car parking outside the hotel, and it is just...

Breakfast was excellent and very well maintained. Owners are very welcome.

This is a lovely property. Our room was spacious and in a superb location for sightseeing. It was a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the main areas for bars and restaurants. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The only regret was that we could only stay one night.

Location. Food. Accommodation. Staff all excellent
