Everything was clean, great service good location and elegant hotel. It was a little bit old in comparison to other hotels in the neighbourhood. Overall we had an amazing stay, the room was very luxurious and always clean!

Fabulous property, staff, service and breakfast. Pure luxury at a very reasonable price. All the hotels we have chosen in China have been great but this outstanding! UK residents for reference.

It's a great hotel with reasonable prices. It's located next to shopping malls and metro station. The room was clean and spacious. Everything was great.

fine

Experience was amazing. Went into this trip with fairly high expectations due to the brand name but came out of it having all expectations exceeded. Reception staff were extremely efficient and friendly during check in. The room was massive and had a great view onto the boulevard in front of the hotel. Lovely charming hotel right by the river. Horizon club benefits are great. Only thing to watch out for is that the spa area (steam room, sauna and jacuzzi bath) are segregated.

Great location within walking distance of lots of attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily. Very enjoyable stay at this hotel.

This hotel was excellent! Clean, spacious, well maintained room. The staff were helpful. Great location, close to restaurants, shopping Street and malls.

The hotel was comfortable and had excellent facilities, including a sauna. The staff were really helpful and made sure we got to the airport on time. On the down side, not great for public transport links. The water pressure in the shower was good, but this kind of made the shower cubicle leak, which in turn made the floor pretty slippery. My partner also complained about the cost of breakfast, but I think approx. 130rmb is par for the course in these kinds of places.

Good staff Good food and room very clean and nice view
