"Gym is equipped well for the size - would have been better if larger. No SEA or River view, The rooms need to be bigger in size for the cost charged as other options in Mangalore have larger rooms."

"Room was clean and well appointed. Front desk staff were excellent. I found the restaurant food quality average and the staff poorly trained and not able to either communicate well or provide good service. Housekeeping was good but again staff didnt seem to understand or follow up on basic needs. E.g. no face towels were provided. Laundry service was excellent and prompt. I liked the hotel and will stay there again. All these things are fixable by the management and I hope they can make them."

"Lack of detail makes me score this down. Room smelled like urinal station so many bleach blocks dotted all over the room. Toweia threadbare. Water provided but no grass to drink it out of. No breakfast times displayed. No hot water for shaving."
