"Centrally located, staff were excellent.Did not have any meals so I cannot comment on that. Property was clean. What you pay is what you get . Showers should have just a curtain so the toilets are hot wet all the time."

"Room was clean and well appointed. Front desk staff were excellent. I found the restaurant food quality average and the staff poorly trained and not able to either communicate well or provide good service. Housekeeping was good but again staff didnt seem to understand or follow up on basic needs. E.g. no face towels were provided. Laundry service was excellent and prompt. I liked the hotel and will stay there again. All these things are fixable by the management and I hope they can make them."

Lady Helena at the front desk support and prompt services provided by the room service and restaurant dinning staff. Rooms were clean, cozy well equipped with all the toiletries provided. "
