My only complaint was the air cons, during my last visit the aircon in the room was not functioning, during my recent visit I faced the same problem, very disappointing.

The staff provided a very warm greeting on arrival, and check-in was very efficient. I was surprised at the large size of the room, and had a lovely view out to the sea in the distance. The restaurants were excellent too. Arriving on a Sunday at lunchtime meant that the restaurant was full, but they were happy to serve me in the Jazz Bar next door to the restaurant. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and will definitley return.

Nice Hotel Poor service
Hotel was overbooked. Rooms were not available at check in. Rooms were cleaned in a hurry , ashtrays not emptied, inadequate number of towels delivered.

Property is located in heart of the city. Good proximity to shops etc Staff generally pleasant helpful but don’t think about going the extra step about making guests their priority
