"The property had water damage from prior guests and we were never informed until we checked in. Also the dishwasher wasn’t operating. Property wasn’t well kept and was not in the condition described. Overall wouldn’t recommend this property to others. "

"It is convenient if you need a place to stay when visiting family in Pahrump. It was clean and clear instructions for accessing the property. I did not find the furniture or beds to be particularly comfortable and the lighting situation was either dark or too bright. The kitchen was well-appointed with lots of pans and utensils for cooking, and even condiments in the fridge and cupboards. There is no access to a washer and dryer and there is a small list of chores they ask you to do before leaving (strip bedding, run dishwasher, take out trash, etc)."
